Our Caregiver Kula or intentional community of the heart, is focused on empowering Caregivers to explore the practices of yoga, meditation and mindful movement. These ancient self-care tools are proven to calm the nervous system, increase the mind-body connection and improve physical health, mental health and well-being.

Our Yoga4Caregivers Project classes are FREE and led by Yoga Teachers and Wellness Practitioners who share in our mission of making wellness programs accessible to all Caregivers. Classes are gentle, slow and mindful. No yoga experience is needed. Our classes are created with the busy Caregiver in mind. Replays are made available.
